Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Maharani. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation.
In order to claim a refund for a damaged item, it is crucial that you report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery. To do so, please contact our customer support team at maharanilondonltd@gmail.com. Provide us with your order details, a description of the damage, and any supporting evidence such as clear photographs of the damaged item.
Once we receive your report, our team will carefully evaluate the damage and assess the situation. We may request additional information or evidence if necessary. Rest assured that we will handle your case with the utmost care and professionalism.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds
